Okay, pound first, as I'm sure you've all realized, the pound is now open (a day late, but better late than never). There are three doors, the one on the left is for viewing three random pounded pets at a time and adopting one for a fee if you want (there's a 1/99.999% chance of getting a painted or well trained pet here, so that's not your best choice. The middle one is for those of you who have found someone to get a pet from or have chosen the future owner of your pet, fees still apply, so it may be difficult to trade between sides with no np. And you probably all know about the one on the right one, but it's the aboandon pet door, you can get an avatar for visiting it.
The fourth is Hissi day, so you hissi owners might want to pay for all of those unfinished training courses before then so that you can get that free training.

On monday the pound will reopen! Now you will be able to transfer pets without interuptions and all clothes will stay with you unless you use the transfer optionl. Of course, you can still use the plain 'ol abandon button, but you have to have a future owner picked out.
As soon as the pound feature becomes available, Nova and co will have a guide written up for you!

So, like The Death Eater Nova said, I made a lot of graphics. I've made more, too.
I obviously haven't sent them all to Nova. I mean, that'd be a waste. Psh. I can just send some moderately so he doesn't get annoyed with me for not doing anything. Aren't I smart?
Hmm... too bad Nova's going to read this. He'll know my plan now.

The sections are now all fully defined i think, so simply choose from the three links above;
Neopets, Tutorials or Webmaster
Those sectins have everything you need, so helping you get to it faster. Now that the sections are defined, and the pages (except the tutorials) are now updated, i am going back to adding content and decorating the pages ^^
So yes... the massive contruction at N&C is nearly over!

Things are still a bit hectic, content is being moved around and i have still not finished it all, please be patient and i'll explain my changes once they are complete!
I dug out these old headers, changed the fonts, coded and table and viola! N&C's brand new layout!
For now, the PHP navigation idea has been pushed back, but i have some more features in mind for us, i also want to continue to alter the content display, like i have already done in the tutorials area.
Yesterday, I opened the resources section with MS Gradients, and Kinza is working on some textures and other goodies for you, i will upload them shortly ^^
There is a new webmaster article for you to check out, and i have plans for a few more PHP ones... i also have scheduled a Photobucket clean-out, which means even more tacky graphics will be vanishing from our site (mainly my very old ones)
Oh, and since we don't have a huge number of images, i now have once again got unlimited affiliate spots... until further notice

Yes! Thats right! OMG! They are at last up on the site!!!!!
So, there is a new petpage layout, some more enter signs and some fab hiatus signs! This one is my favourite: ^^
So what have i been up to today? I hear you ask... well i have added 3 MS Paint tutorials and a new graphics section called "Resources"
In that section there is a collection of gradients for MS Paint, to learn how to use them simply read my new tutorial ^^
In other site news, the affie check is complete, and i am astounded that i had to remove 16 affiliates! I have now also decided to limit the affie spots for now, 60 is the maximum! So if you have a site and you want a spot, apply fast! This also means i'm going to be very, very picky in future affie checks...
Now i'm off to repair the N&C Portal, so wish me luck ^^

On the Site side of things, Nova and co is really up-to-date! For the people that did'nt notice, i spent all day yesterday cleaning up the sites codes, and we are now validated!
Next, i have moved all the articles on coding, into the tutorials area, this seems more suitable. Also, the tutorial area has had a major re-vamp!!!
So just to re-cap:
CODING ARTICLES HAVE BEEN MOVED TO THE TUTORIALS AREA!
